Because Leegacy Mart sells food and grocery items, returns are limited. We want customers to feel protected while also keeping product safety in mind.
- Opened, used, or partially consumed food items are not eligible for return.
- Unopened items may be reviewed for return eligibility on a case-by-case basis.
- Damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Photos may be required before a refund, replacement, or store credit is approved.
- Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our fulfillment process.
Important: Please do not discard damaged packaging until your issue has been reviewed. Photos help us verify the problem and resolve it faster.
