Clean and score your chicken pieces deeply so the seasoning penetrates.

Mix Grace Jerk Seasoning, Walkerswood Jerk Marinade, All-Purpose Seasoning, and Scotch Bonnet Sauce. Marinate overnight.

Season chicken with All-Purpose Seasoning and Scotch Bonnet Sauce. Marinate 30 minutes.

Brown chicken in hot oil on all sides โ€” don't crowd the pot.
