Food & Grocery Restrictions
Opened, consumed, used, tampered-with, or improperly stored food items are generally not eligible for refund. Unopened items may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Reporting Timeframe
Order issues should be reported within 48 hours of delivery. We may request clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and damage before approving a refund, replacement, or store credit.
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by Leegacy Mart or the fulfillment process. Carrier delays outside our control may not qualify for shipping refunds.
